1. Overview
At Codecart Infotech, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with our digital products and services. However, due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate accessibility of source code and services, we have established a strict cancellation and refund policy.
2. Product Demos
Codecart products are available for demo. We strongly encourage all customers to take a comprehensive demo of the product and ensure it meets their requirements before making a purchase. Once a product is purchased, there is no cancellation policy and there is no refund policy.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Any other chargeable or free service that comes along with a product—including, but not limited to, migration support, 24/7 technical support, customization, or installation services—are strictly non-refundable. These services represent manual labor and professional time already invested.
4. Source Code Products
Any code product where the customer is able to download and use the source code is non-refundable. Since digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once the files have been accessed or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds on any software package that includes source code access.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, Codecart Infotech may, at its sole discretion, evaluate exceptional cases. Such evaluations do not guarantee a refund but reflect our commitment to fair play and customer success.
